Post-COVID, pet ownership surged, but many new owners found themselves cramped in homes that no longer fit their lifestyle. A leading homebuilder needed to promote a new pet-friendly condo project, but traditional digital ads were proving too broad and expensive to reach this specific niche.
The Solution:
They pivoted to a hyper-focused approach; using real-life behaviour for a smart location intelligence strategy. Instead of targeting "interests" online, they mapped out high-intent, real-world locations. By identifying mobile devices at dog parks, specialty pet retailers, and local vet clinics, the campaign built a custom audience of active pet owners. A true hockey family, she spends plenty of time at the rink—both as a dedicated hockey mom and a player herself. To stay balanced, she complements her love for the mountains with annual summers spent in Greece, a cherished tradition rooted in her husband’s heritage that keeps her inspired and energized for the year ahead.
